keeping with Noonday's status as the world's premier research and development

we have developed the most technologically advanced free-standing banner mechanism, which concept has been provisionally patented. Free-standing non-self-retractable banner systems (known as Penguins in the UK) are extremely popular. However, the problem with all competitive units is that the banner's angle of repose is a function of the banner's height and the length of the supporting rod. This means that, with very few exceptions, most competitive units located next to one another are unsightly, with each one leaning forward or backwards at different angles.
